- Are These Leads Exclusive To Me?
Yes. These leads are generated for you based on your chosen market area and belong only to you.
- What Price Range Are The Buyers Looking In?
The Buyer leads that we provide will be searching for homes within +/- 20% of the area’s median home sales price.
- Are All Of The Leads Verified?
The Buyer leads that we provide are sourced directly from Buyers who have requested home searches and alerts on various platforms. The contact information that they provide is imported directly from their verified user accounts on those platforms. Once the search is requested, the lead is sent to you by both text and email so that you can contact the lead immediately.
We chose not waste valuable time contacting the lead first so that we can get the lead in the hands of the agents right away.
Does this mean that all of the lead contact information that we provide is accurate? Nope.
That’s why we provide credits for any lead that does not have a working phone or email.
Simply email us the lead information for any such leads, and we will credit your account with leads to make up the difference.
- Are The Leads Refundable?
While our leads are not refundable, like all leads, we acknowledge that some of the leads we provide will have inaccurate contact information. When a lead has a bad email address and a bad phone number, simply email us and we will credit your account for additional lead(s).
Remember, some clients prefer to be contacted only by email. Our follow up studies have shown that when a client requests a search and only has a valid email address, that respecting their choice and following up by email yields a strong conversion rate.
Following the “Do what we say we will,” rule, providing a fast response and setting the client up on an email property alert quickly, builds trust and drastically increases the conversion rate.
